Paulina is a good size to navigate, and as she only came out of service towards the end of 2019 could easily be put back to work. She is structurally sound, and in very good mechanical condition, the DAF diesel engine providing plenty of power for inland or tidal/ estuary use.
Alternatively she could be converted to create a cruising houseboat, with space for a good sized saloon, galley, bedroom and bathroom. She comes on a secure mooring that can be residential if required, and is priced competitively for a speedy sale.
